This machine adopts a φ0.8m flip type bottle washing machine. After the bottle enters the bottle washing machine, it starts to be flipped and washed by the 180 degree flip conveyor belt. At this time, the container mouth faces the ground, and high-pressure water starts to rinse the container from bottom to top. The washing time can be adjusted to ensure that the bottle is completely and fully washed. Then, high-pressure air is blown into the bottle to disperse the water droplets inside the bottle into a water film, which is conducive to drying. Then, the bottle is flipped over by a 180 degree conveyor belt for drying in the dryer. When washing bottles, it can be divided into two stages, the first stage is tap water, and the second stage is purified water.
