Application
Automatic Packing Machine for Mosquito Mat is suitable for packing mosquito mat. The machine includes a complete production line from liquid dozing to strip packaging the mats and cutting the mat strips.
Structure and Features
⊙ The way of liquid injection is mechanical way and the precision is high which deviation could be controlled within ±10mg.
⊙ The qualification rates of the products are high, and can be controlled above 99.7%.
⊙ With high producing efficiency, could work stably at 480~630 tablets/minute.
⊙ The cut model is advanced and scientific, and adopted the rotary scissor-type cutting with long life, low noise and high precision instead of the traditional pressing cutting way.
⊙ The cutting form adopts electromagnetic clutch and can be arbitrarily cut into 1 to 100 rows.
Basic Workflow
⊙ Blank mats (35x22x2.8mm) are stacked vertically by hand and automatically feed to following section.
⊙ The blank mat is injected with a fixed amount of kill-mosquito liquid.
⊙ The impregnated mats are automatically wrapped by laminated film.
⊙ The laminated film is cut into sets, each one containing 6/12/15/18/24/30 or more pieces of mats.
⊙ The detector function automatically stops the machine if a mat is wrapped without being injected, or it is not wrapped (selective).
