This machine is the latest reciprocating vertical automatic packaging machine launched by our company. It features an innovative design concept, with the characteristics of simple operation, high sensitivity, good stability, a wide adjustment range, easy maintenance and sophisticated equipment technology. The automatic feeder adopts a servo-control belt mechanism, which completes automatic grouping through the grouping feeder. Finally, each lever on the input conveyor of the packaging machine is allocated 1x3 packs/group, 1x4 packs/group, 2x3 packs/group or 2x4 packs/group, realizing the automatic grouping function.
Application
Suitable for items shrink packaging. For example: single-row Tetra Pak bricks, double-row Tetra Pak bricks, Tetra Pak bricks of different volumns and Combibloc, single-row PE bottles, single-row cans, and other items suitable for standing-up shrink packaging.
Structure and Features
⊙ The automatic feeding machine is a servo-controlled belt-type feeding machine (a patented product of the company).
⊙ Compared with the rotary end seal, reciprocating type end seal can reduce the bag length, save packaging materials and achieve beautiful packaging effect.
⊙ Big human-machine interface. It can conveniently and quickly switch between different programs.
⊙ High-sensitivity photoelectric eye ensures more accurate sealing and cutting positions.
⊙ The transmission system is simple, making operation more reliable and maintenance more convenient.
⊙ Standing type shrink packaging has a better shrink effect.
